C. H. Wilhelm Roscher

Handmade violin made by Christian Heinrich Wilhelm Roscher

Christian Heinrich Wilhelm Roscher was a woodworker who operated in the mid 19th century in Bremen. His violins were typically made in the Stradivari style, often with bold scrolls and, exquisite f-holes.  This violin has a strident and vibrant sound, and features a beautifully flamed two-piece back.
