Description
London Violin maker Bela Szepessy was Hungarian born and apprenticed under Alajos Engleder and Samuel Nemessanyi in Vienna. Bela later went to work for Thomas Zach from 1874 to 1879. Bela eventually relocated to London where he remained for 40 years. Overall his work is among the most highly regarded of any Hungarian makers.
