Antique German violin made in Markneukirchen made in 1908 by Heinrich Theodore Heberlein Jr. who studied under Carl August Heberlein, Ludwig Bausch and August Reicher.



Born in Germany in 1843, Heinrich Theodore Heberlein Jr. was one of the best Markneukirchen makers of his time and is the most famous member of the Heberlein family. Originally studying under his father, Carl August Heberlein, he later continued his studies under Ludwig Bausch and August Reicher. In 1863, he established his own workshop, where he worked for over 30 years.
