Given the unique nature of the products we sell, absent an error on our part, a defective product, or damage resulting from shipping, all sales are final.
If your product is eligible for return, to initiate the process you must contact us and request approval for your return within ten (10) days of receipt of the product.
1. Contact an Atlantic Strings Customer Care Specialist at (866) 2-VIOLIN.
2. Our Customer Care Specialists will evaluate the reason for your return and, if approved, provide you with all information needed to return the product.
3. Clearly write and/or affix your return address and send the package to the address specified by the Atlantic Strings Customer Care Specialist.
4. Unless otherwise agreed by the Atlantic Strings Customer Care Specialist, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. The original method of payment used to place the order will be credited the purchase price. Atlantic Strings will send a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to process the credit.
